NEW YOGA CLASS SCHEDULE
FOR 2010!

My yoga teacher, Swami Devananda

Weekly classes for both yoga and meditation cost $10.00 per class, payable either by the month or by the class.

You may take as many yoga classes per week as you wish, depending upon how quickly you want your yoga practice to progress.  Classes fill on a first-come-first-served basis!

Yoga Class Information and Schedule

Each Week:      

Tuesday &
Wednesday

5:30-6:30 p.m. - Yoga

$10/class

6:35-7:00 p.m. - Meditation (Free)

  

Thursday

5:30-6:30 p.m. - Yoga

$10/class

 
2nd & 4th Weekend:      

Sunday

10 a.m. - Guru Gita

(Song to the Teacher Within Us All)

11 a.m. - Meditation

5 p.m. - Kirtan
Last Weekend:      
Saturday 3:00-5:00 p.m. - Long Sit Meditation - only on the last Saturday of each month    

Special Classes: Please sign up prior to class
